INVERZIJA

The wines of the INVERZIJA range are produced from the best grapes of each variety in only the best vintages. The selection of the grapes for the INVERZIJA range takes place in the vineyard, and the production technology involves prolonged maceration and maturation in wooden barrels for at least 2 years, and maturation in the bottle for at least 5 months before release on the market. On the nose and palate, the wines are complex, rich, and harmonious, with fruit and varietal aromas intertwined with wood aromas. They are suitable for enjoying with food and make an excellent gift. The optimum quality of the wines from the INVERZIJA range is maintained for at least 5 years from the year of production, and they are also suitable for long-term ageing.

Krasi jo zlato rumena barva. Na vonju je intenzivna sadno-cvetna nota, ki spominja na zrela jabolka, cvetove akacije, vaniljo in mandelj. Bogato vino, polnega telesa z dolgim zaključkom. Lepo se ujema z rdečim mesom, tartufi in polno mastnimi siri. 14 – 16°C

Barbera je intenzivno temno rdeče barve z vijoličnimi odtenki. Aroma vina spominja na gozdne sadeže, malino, borovnico, ribez. V ustih je vino bogato, polno s prijetno svežino in toplino. Odlično se poda h testeninam, rižotam z globami, glavnim jedem s svinjskim, govejim mesom, jedem z žara. 14 - 18 °C

Žameten in poln okus, s sladkimi tanini, ki z vaniljevo aromo tvorijo izredno harmonično in kompleksno vino. Aroma je poudarjena, po črnem ribezu, slivovi marmeladi, kakavu in čokoladi. Je globoke rubinasto rdeče barve z vijoličnim odsevom. Odlična spremljava bifteku s poprovo omako, florentinskemu zrezku ter divjačini. Posebno priporočamo medaljone s čebulo v cab. sauvignonovi omaki in pečeno mesno nabodalo z rožmarinom.
